Applicable Law. By visiting the Site, you agree that the Laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern the Terms and any dispute of any sort that might arise.
Severability/Entire Agreement. If any provisions in the Terms shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The Terms constitute the entire agreement between us and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements, and may not be amended or modified, except in writing.
